We recently joined Bunurong Land Council Aboriginal Corporation for a full day of cultural burning at Cardinia Creek Parklands.

This important collaboration supported the successful completion of a cultural burn, helping to care for Country in a way that honours traditional knowledge and cultural practice.

Cultural burning is a way for Traditional Owners to connect with Country and enables the learning and teaching of practices that are thousands of years old.

Progressing cultural burning and cultural land management is so important and we’re proud to support this work wherever we can.
